Designed by Fendi’s own architectural department, the space embraces a Rationalist concept, remaining faithful to the Maison’s emblematic design language. Soft, sculptural curves, a subtle homage to Fendi’s mastery of fur craftsmanship flow seamlessly through the interiors, as well as Domus-style marbled floors that bring an aura of timeless sophistication, enveloping the atmosphere in elegance and transporting visitors to another era.
The interiors draw deep inspiration from Milan’s 1930s era, radiating style and refinement. Each room is adorned with carefully curated pieces of contemporary art by celebrated artists such as Edoardo Piermattei, Roberto Sironi, and Nick Cave, transforming Palazzo Fendi into a veritable Milanese art gallery. From the very moment one crosses its threshold, the building captivates the audience, merging art, design, and fashion into a singular, breathtaking expression of Italian luxury.
This marks only the beginning of the Rock The Craft Project, with Marche-born artist Edoardo Piermattei as its leading voice. The initiative originates from a bold idea to redefine the concept of an atelier and reimagine it as a space where contemporary art and artisanal craftsmanship intertwine within a wholly innovative and sensorial environment.
